Charming decor in a clean, traditional style with great air conditioning. Loved the rooftop terrace with hammocks, perfect for winding down after a long day.

The location, while central, could get noisy, especially with live music events nearby, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. The bathroom had low water pressure, leading to a frustrating experience for a quick rinse, and finding the entrance after hours was a hassle as the main door remained locked, which might be inconvenient for late arrivals.

Location, building design & landscape design

The (included) breakfast was pure mockery (tea or coffee, one tiny piece of bread, a small croissant, jam and butter). The TV was of very poor quality (the TV set, remote control and program reception). Not able to pay with visa - only cash was accepted. Bathroom needs to be renovated.

The bus stop was 15 minutes' walk away. The staff was always available entire time. The restaurant was really nice for more casual meals, I tried tasty dishes😀

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The spiral stairs are treacherous!!! WiFi issues in the top rooms, and don't expect a working TV during your stay!!! Shower pressure inconsistent, leading to cold showers!!! Pricing surprises with additional costs!!! No maid service !!!

Very lovely hotel. New with many decorations. You can feel the spirit of Mexico due to nice music in the morning, interesting interior, friendly staff. Nice served breakfast.

I had an awesome stay with my sons, and they arranged an extra bed right away when I asked! The little garden area was perfect for relaxing, and I loved kicking back on the sun terrace after our adventures. Just a heads up, the WiFi wasn't great in our room, but it didn’t ruin our time at all! 🌴

The place was cozy and had a nice little restaurant for breakfast. We enjoyed visiting Xel-Ha Water Park and the beautiful cenotes nearby. The staff were cute and helpful throughout our stay, we felt right at home. Definitely a spot to relax and unwind!

One downside was the inconsistent water pressure in the shower. It took a while to get hot water, a bit inconvenient after a long day out. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking for a quick rinse after an adventure!

Cozy hotel, charming hosts, with a awesome breakfast served in a lovely little restaurant downstairs that has great coffee and plants around the hotel, making it a peaceful stay for us.
